DETROIT — After the most successful women’s season in Detroit City FC history, most of the USL W League Central Conference Championship team players have returned to college. Let’s take a look at how our players are doing so far this season.
Chloe Barnthouse has played a total of 118 minutes over seven games played for Murray State this season. She has one assist on the season. The Racers have a 3-2-2 record in games Barnthouse appears in.
Keira Billis has appeared in four matches for Iowa this season, compiling a total of 61 minutes so far this season. The Hawkeyes have a 2-0-2 record so far in games Billis plays in. Iowa is currently ranked 11th in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll.
Lilley Bosley has played in twelve matches this season, starting in nine. Over the 918 minutes played for the midfielder, Bosley has picked up one assist. The Wolverines have gone 2-9-1 so far this season in games Bosley has appeared in.
Ally Childers has appeared in five games for Minnesota this season, compiling 115 minutes. The Golden Gophers are 3-1-1 so far when Childers appears.
Her Gopher teammate and sister, Kate Childers, has started all twelve matches for Minnesota so far this season, playing all 90 minutes in each match. In the most recent match against UCLA on September 29th, Childers scored her first goal of the season.
Mikayla Duncan has appeared in five games and started in one for Detroit Mercy this season. Duncan has played a total of 52 minutes for the Titans so far.
Nina Ferraro has played six games and started in one for Grand Valley State. Ferraro has compiled 108 minutes for the Lakers and has picked up one assist this season. Grand Valley State is ranked 3rd in the Midwest NCAA Division II Regional Rankings.
Adelle Francis has played in eleven matches for Michigan State this season. Over the 241 minutes played this season, Francis has three shots on goal and one assist. The Spartans are ranked 5th in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll.
Ella Kane has played in five matches for Louisville after playing her first collegiate season at Kentucky last season. In those five matches, Kane has been on the field for 83 minutes this season, with a 3-1-1 record in those games.
Youngster Ava Landstra, who appeared in a few matches for Le Rouge this past season, just recently announced that she has committed to Purdue University to play soccer and will begin her collegiate career in 2026.
Goalkeeper Allison LaPoint has played and started in eleven matches so far this season for Central Michigan. LaPoint has picked up three clean sheets this season with a 0.835 save percentage.
Drew Martin has appeared in 10 matches for Western Michigan so far. In the 207 minutes of gameplay, Martin has one goal and one assist for the Broncos this season. The one goal came off a penalty kick at DePaul on September 15th.
Sophia Morgan has started four matches and appeared in seven for Grand Valley State this season. In the seven matches played this season, Morgan has played 379 matches and helped the Lakers to a 5-0-2 record in those games.
Defender Acadia Murphy has started and played in all eleven matches for Ball State this season. In the 934 minutes played, Murphy picked up a goal and two assists. The Cardinals are 6-4-1 this season.
In her first season at Creighton, Ella Offer has started in all nine matches after spending her first two years of college at Xavier. Offer has played in all 90 minutes in those games except for one, where she played 89 minutes against Western Michigan in August.
In her senior season, Emily Pagett has played in all eleven matches for Western Michigan, starting in one. Over her 485 minutes played, Pagett has picked up three assists for the Broncos so far. Western Michigan is 5-1-5 this season.
Avery Peters has played in all eleven matches for Michigan this season, starting in seven. Peters picked up one assist this season, a 2-2 draw at Iowa State, in 654 minutes played.
Paige Radel has played in eight matches and started six for the Evansville Purple Aces this season. In her 326 minutes, she has one goal, and the team is 1-3-4 in games in which she has appeared.
Sophia Romine has started in all twelve matches for Minnesota this season. In 879 minutes played, Romine scored three goals for the Golden Gophers, including a brace at Marquette, and added three assists to her tally.
Anna Sabo has played and started in five matches for Delta College this season. In those five matches, Sabo has collected two assists for the Pioneers, who are 5-0-0 when Sabo plays.
Midfielder Madison Salzenstein has played in six matches for Western Michigan this season, starting in one match. Salzenstein has played over 45 minutes in three matches this season and collected 179 total minutes.
Maia Soulis has played in eight matches this season, starting in the first five. In 443 minutes played, Soulis has one assist and over 45 minutes in five matches. The Bobcats are 4-1-3 when Soulis plays.
Goalkeeper Deighton Wamer has not played any matches for Youngstown State this season.
Joyelle Washington has started in all eight matches she has appeared in this season for Detroit Mercy. Washington played 427 minutes in those matches and scored one goal and one assist. The Titans have gone 2-4-2 in the games Washington has played.
Faith Webber has played and started in all 12 matches for Utah Valley this season. She is currently the Wolverines’ leading goalscorer with ten goals. Webber also has two assists to her name. Utah Valley is 7-4-1 on the season.
