If you do NOT currently have a SeatGeek account, please create one before attempting to link your Detroit City FC account. Once completed, come back to this email and click the Connect Your Detroit City FC Account to SeatGeek button below.
After clicking the button below, enterthe email address you used when purchasing your tickets. You will receive an email from SeatGeek to confirm your account connection.
Clicking that link will direct you to log into your SeatGeek account. Then, finalize the linking process by pressing Connect.
NOTE: If you have a physical season ticket, you will still be able to use it on matchday after linking your account.
From there, you can access and manage your tickets using the following steps:
ON THE WEB (LAPTOP, DESKTOP, ETC.)
Go to seatgeek.com via Mobile or Desktop browser, and log into your account using the “Log In” button in the top right corner (if you aren’t already logged in).
Once logged in, the bubble in the top right corner should now show the first letter of your name. Click it, then choose “Tickets” from the drop down menu.
ON YOUR PHONE
Pull up the Detroit City FC App on your phone, and sign in if you aren’t already or create a new account if you do not have one. Navigate to the “Tickets” tab (Bottom of the Screen on iPhone; Top of the screen on Android), and click “Log in with SeatGeek“.
Once you are logged into your SeatGeek account, any tickets you have already purchased for this season and any tickets you purchase in the future will automatically appear in the “Tickets” tab of the DCFC App.
